End of Year

Since we are coming up on the end of the year, the discussion tends to change. We go from simple to complex as exams approach. So why not discuss more serious and difficult topics:

What is the meaning of life (beyond this of course)?

It's just about enough to get anybody depressed. Maybe this will cheer you up!

One: John Dewey does not have a real solid reputation with a lot of folks right of center.

Two: Isn't that more the purpose of our lives?

Three: I think there is truth out there, I am just not sure if we can actually attain it.(...if we can't attain it how do we know it exists?...)

I guess it falls down to the issue, of whether or not we can truly see from the outside looking in.
